
Danielle Myers, LICSW is a licensed clinical social worker who has been working with adults since 2020. She provides thoughtful, evidence-based therapy using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and EMDR, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
Danielle specializes in working with individuals navigating addiction as well as perinatal mental health concerns, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and identity shifts related to parenthood. In addition to these areas, Danielle has experience working with individuals who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders and suicidal ideation. She is passionate about helping clients cultivate self-compassion, reduce shame and better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
At the heart of Danielle’s work is the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood and empowered. She supports clients through life transitions and ongoing struggles by helping them build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
